More colours on the table!
You know, colours bring their magic even on the table, where we can be very creative, without neglecting goodness and health!
In fact, each colour corresponds to a different benefit; let’s find them out together:
The yellow/orange foods, like oranges, have lots of vitamin C. They are the colours of the sun, of summer, Musa’s favourite ones, as they give us strength and glee.
The red foods, like tomatoes, strawberries and cherries, make us full of energy and always lively.
Green is the colour of nature, relax and calm.Tecna will confirm it to you as she loves spinach!!!
