The magic of volleyball!

Volleyball is a super funny sport! MAIN RULE: send the ball on the opponent team’s court!

                       

Here are the three main moves to be a very good player!

-     Serving: the match begins! Lift the ball with your left hand and hit it with your right hand, keeping your hand open, without ever looking away from the ball!

-     Passing: to pass the ball to one of your teammates, wrap it well in your hand and push it using all of your fingers.

-     Digging: to receive the ball, bend your knees a little bit... put your arms together and turn your wrists upwards: you don’t need to use much strength to send the ball in the direction you want!

    I've just joined the volleyball team in my school and on the first day (6.10.2015) my teacher said that i play very well and she gave me special practice.i really like volley ball. i will try these tips.thnx Aisha.
